"Good quality, but sizing took some effort"
I ordered a shirt and jeans from manoutfitters.com, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality is good for the price, the fabric feels nice, and the stitching looks solid. The fit was a little off for me though, so figuring out the right size felt like more effort than I wanted. Still, for what I paid, I’d say it was a decent buy.

"Fits true to size"
The size was exactly what I expected and fit true to size. it’s nice when something shows up as described, seems like that should just be the decent standard...

"Pretty solid for the price"
I ordered a couple of things from Man Outfitters i wasn’t expecting much—actually, I ended up being happy with what I got. The quality isn’t luxury or anything like that, but for the price, it feels totally fair. Shipping did take a little longer than I thought it would, but overall I’d say the value is good.

"Eventually got my order sorted"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and fixed everything without making it a whole ordeal, which was nice. Not exactly lightning-fast, but compared to some places, they were surprisingly helpful and pleasant. I’d order again.

"Showed up faster than I thought it would"
I ordered from Man Outfitters for the first time and wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I kept thinking maybe the shipping would take longer or something would get messed up, but it was actually really smooth. The tracking email came quickly, and the package arrived a couple days earlier than the estimate. The box looked fine and nothing was damaged. Maybe I got lucky, but I didn’t have any issues at all and I’d probably order from them again.

"Easy exchange, refund was sorta slow"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket and ended up needing to exchange it. The return form was straightforward, and customer service got back to me the next day, so it wasn’t really a hassle.
The only downside was that the refund for the price difference took about a week to show up. Not a huge deal, just sorta slower than I expected. Overall, I’d still order from them again
